Who We Are
The A.C.T.S. Program is a faith-based Substance Abuse Program that is an alternative to Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA). We are a court mandated service that offers a 12-step program, and resources for help with Domestic Violence, Anger Management, and Parenting Skills. We serve both Los Angeles County and Orange County, and are located at International Pentecostal Church in Bellflower on Monday nights from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

We believe that everyone deserves healing, hope, and a second chance. It is our mission to provide everyone who needs help the resources they need to be the best version of themselves.
Our Promise
We hold our A.C.T.CS meetings every Monday evening in a safe and secure environment. Confidentiality and privacy is of the utmost importance to us.
Our Credentials
All A.C.T.S. instructors are state certified, recognized and approved by the court system.
